Rhona, born in Burbage, Leicestershire, is the mother of two daughters, Nikki and Jodie. She left her secretarial career for motherhood and to pursue a successful business partnership, taking care of accounts and administration.

Malcolm, born in Malvern, Worcestershire, has been a running enthusiast since his teenage days. More recently he has taken part in longer distance fell races and a number of triathlon and duathlon events. He has qualified to represent Great Britain in the World Triathlon Age Group Championships in Edmonton, Canada; Cancun, Mexico and Zurich in Switzerland. He was taught to fly by the RAF at the age of 17 and has spent 12 years in motor sport successfully racing Porsche cars in Great Britain and Europe. He has practised yoga for the last 8 years and qualified as a yoga Teacher in 2006. Malcolm also coaches Triathlon and Running, and is President of the local Running Club
